An expanding suburb with a promising future

Just 3 miles from New Albany, West Albany is a young suburb rapidly expanding, thanks to the promise of Intel manufacturing plants moving to the area. "The whole area around 161 and Hamilton Road has developed recently and is spreading," says Realtor Katrina Judd with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Intel's plants are expected to add about 3,000 tech jobs and 7,000 construction jobs into West Albany.
