A suburb north of Columbus' outer belt
Located to the north of Interstate 270 in what is known as Columbus’ outer belt, Worthington Village North is a small suburban community bordered by industrial property. Businesses such as DH Pace, CJS Heating and Air Conditioning and Aptive Environmental occupy the industrial space. Like many suburbs of Columbus, the neighborhood’s location allows for commutes downtown, 13 miles away, for work or big city entertainment. But the area’s low taxes compared to surrounding areas and a housing market that holds its value appeal to homebuyers in search of predictability. "It's a stable neighborhood with lots of families, and it's generally a quiet place to be," says Realtor Adriana Stidham, who sells property in Worthington North Village with Red 1 Realty.
