A suburb in Coral Springs near restaurants and big-box stores
Locals dub Coral Springs as the city with “everything under the sun,” and its central suburb of Forest Hills is especially notable for putting desirable housing near city conveniences. “You could pop out of Forest Hills and be right where you need to be,” says local Realtor Beth McKeone with the Buy Sell Diva team of VantaSure Realty. She’s lived in the area for over 35 years. “You have easy access to everything. Parks and shopping are nearby, and Trader Joe’s is within walking distance.” New apartment and office buildings are popping up in surrounding areas, bringing more restaurants and stores. “There’s a lot of new construction right there, so you get a modern feel without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city,” McKeone says. The community’s established homes and central location keep locals around for generations. “The kids that grow up in the area may go off to college, but many of them come back home to raise families,” McKeone says. “And you’ll find grandparents that have raised families and retired here.”
A few Canals flow through Forest Hills bringing an abundance of beautiful wild life.
