Homes and shopping right off State Road 7
Turtle Run relishes proximity to many of Coral Springs’ best attractions, but it is hard to tell from its serene and natural surroundings. The area is smaller than nearby neighborhoods but still offers many housing options to residents, from stand-alone homes to condos and townhouses. These residences are mere feet from a large variety of shopping and parks, as well as proximity to growing schools. The nearby roads offer quick access to the rest of the city and the greater Miami area. “It is a very well-maintained area with plenty of space for walking paths around the scenic lakes,” says Dean Ehrlich, a broker associate with RE/MAX Direct who has lived in the area for over 50 years.

Spanish and Mediterranean-inspired communities
Gated and assisted living communities comprise a large part of the neighborhood, with many homes reflecting Spanish Revival and Mission styles as well as Mediterranean-inspired new traditional residences. Condos and two-story townhouses with attached garages round out the housing stock. There is a wide price range, with two-bedroom condos and townhomes costing around $300,000 and four- and five-bedroom Spanish-style houses fetching as much as $600,000. The area’s architectural variety is a draw for homebuyers. It’s nice because it “does not have any cookie-cutter style homes,” Ehrlich says.
