Located in the heart of Davie, this community owes its name to Rolling Hills Country Club, which originally opened in 1959. While this vast space was initially slated to be developed into a golf community, Tree Tops Park is now a major hub for nature lovers, local athletes and anyone who enjoys fun under the South Florida sun. Its 23 acres of restored wetlands, as well as all the flora and fauna that dwell there, can be observed via the park's boardwalk. Tucked in the southwest corner, buffered by a dense tree line, the park's lake provides ample quiet fishing spots. And every October, this lush activity-filled paradise transforms into a spooky, scare-filled experience with one of South Florida's largest outdoor Halloween festivals: The Haunt.
Easygoing and great for golfing, Rolling Hills Golf and Tennis is a private multifamily community worth considering in the rustic town of Davie.
