This community features six restaurants, catering to various occasions and appetites. The poolside Barefoot Café specializes in American fare al fresco. Vintage Roots Farm, a farm-to-table eatery, offers more scenic outdoor seating under mature palms. The Crown Room, the neighborhood’s premier restaurant, serves a small, curated, global menu. Polo Club’s 24 subdivisions, built between the 1980s and early 2000s, are known for their Spanish Revival architecture, featuring earthy stucco siding, elegant arches and terracotta barrel roof tiles. Most condos range in price from the high $400,000s to $950,000, depending on square footage and location. Penthouse and second-floor condos with panoramic lake or golf course views max out around $1.3 million. Townhouses range from around $500,000 to the high $900,000s, though newly renovated units can cost as much as $1.2 million. Single-family homes occupy a much broader price range, from around $700,000 for a house on a small lot to almost $4 million for spacious estate homes. HOA fees vary between subdivisions but are mandatory throughout the community.

Excellent public and private schools surround Polo Club

The School District of Palm Beach County serves the neighborhood. School options include Orchard View Elementary, graded B-minus on Niche and Omni Middle, graded A-minus. A-plus-rated Spanish River Community High features three magnet programs in biotechnology, law and entrepreneurship. As for private options, the Palm Beach Campus of American Heritage Schools is a popular choice, earning an A-plus.

Polo Club is near a hospital and a highway

Polo Club is less than 5 miles from Linton Boulevard’s ramp onto Interstate 95. The highway is a straight shot to Palm Beach International Airport, a little over 20 miles north. In case of emergencies, Delray Medical Center is only 2 miles from the neighborhood.
