"Within a mile, you have 150 bars and restaurants, concert venues and three sports arenas where four professional sports teams play," Matt O'Laughlin with Max Broock Detroit says. Championship sports pedigree at Cass High

Students will start their educational journeys at Spain Elementary School, which receives a C-minus grade from Niche. Spain Elementary teaches Pre-K through eighth grade, and offers programs and activities for students, including bucket bands, dance workshops, and drama clubs. Teenagers will attend Cass Technical High School, a B-plus institution, one of the largest schools in the Detroit Public Schools District. They offer sports like football, basketball, track and field. Cass Technical High won three state football championships in the 2010s and the state basketball championship in 2023.
