It’s less than a mile to the up-and-coming Bagley district, as well as several sought-after public magnet schools and Sinai-Grace Hospital, one of the largest medical centers in the city. “There are a lot of hospital employees that live there who want to be near Bagley, but don't want to pay Bagley prices,” says Realtor LaShawn Peterson of Exp Realty, a longtime Detroit area resident who has been working in real estate since 2016. “There are a lot of fixer-uppers and investment properties here, as well as some really well-kept homes.”
The Schulze neighborhood has rows and rows of single family brick homes.
