Pamela Vines Selley

My passion has always been to assist individuals in finding and retaining their dream homes. Since 1983, I've held various positions in the real estate sector, ranging from salesperson, property manager for residential and commercial properties, Office Manager, Pre-Licensed Real Estate Instructor, and New Agent Trainer, to my current role as the Associate Broker at Visionary Real Estate LLC.


In 2001, I transitioned to the mortgage industry upon realizing the challenges my clients faced in securing affordable mortgages. By 2007, I had embraced the role of housing counselor/educator, adhering to the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. Ironically, the same clients I had diligently assisted in becoming homeowners were now in need of support to avoid foreclosure. I became an advocate for these families, challenging lending injustices and fostering change within the household.


Acknowledging the need for assistance beyond foreclosure, I took on the role of Financial Coach in 2010 and was certified as an Entrepreneur Facilitator in 2013.


In 2020, I returned to my original passion for the real estate industry by establishing Visionary Real Estate.
