El Asador Steakhouse serves up some of the most popular Mexican-inspired steak dishes in Detroit. Patton Memorial Park's future splash park and great lawn
Patton Memorial Park has walking paths, sports fields, and playgrounds with fitness stations. In 2023 the city of Detroit announced improvements to the park that will be done in phases over the next few years that include a splash park, enhanced picnic areas, and a "great lawn" for outdoor events.The park has natural marsh too. Saint Hedwig Park has picnic sites, a playground, basketball courts and two baseball diamonds.

The Annual Cinco de Mayo Parade and Festival draws crowds from across the city. The event features traditional Mexican food, music, and crafts. The Motor City Street Dance Academy also hosts the popular Who Got The Props breaking competition, bringing dancers from around the world to the area since 2009.

Everything would be perfect if it wasn't in Detroit to be honest. It is way too unsafe to take buses anywhere because you become an easy target for a mugging. Bike riders do have their own lanes, but they rarely use them not to mention not all drivers are that cautious. Driving is good on wider roads but there are many small streets and some people drive under the influence and cause them to commit hit and runs. Like I stated above everything would be smooth sailing if these things weren't in Detroit.
