A modern neighborhood in a formerly industrial hub
Occupying what was once an industrial area, Yehle Park Village is a contemporary community filled with modern homes and outdoor recreation. Because it's right near Puget Sound, it also shares some of the natural attributes of DuPont, interspersed with grassy lands and small lakes. "It's a master-planned community," says Dawn Smith, a DuPont resident and designated broker for Home Team DuPont. "DuPont itself is pretty small, and Yehle Park Village is tiny." The compact size of the neighborhood makes it ideal for homebuyers looking for a cozy residential enclave that keeps everything within reach.
Once industrial, Yehle Park Village now thrives with modern homes.

Homes date back to the early millennium
Condos and single-family homes are largely constructed with similar Craftsman-style architecture, done in neutral tones and shingle siding. "Everything is substantially similar-looking to everything else. The difference in the homes really lies in the individual features they have," Smith says. Properties are largely contemporary, dating as early as 2000. Condo prices range from $300,000 to $500,000, while single-family homes range from $350,000 to $700,000. Houses tend to stay on the market for about 24 days before selling. According to Smith, the market is "low on inventory, resulting in a slower market. Things are sitting on the market a little longer by our standards."
This cute craftsman style home must be the envy of its neighbors in Yehle Park Village.
