Growth underway on the West

Located on the West Side region of El Paso on Redd Road is the Three Hills subdivision, a growing community with sand-colored homes that blend in with the backdrop of the surrounding Franklin Mountains. “The West Side is one of the fastest-growing areas in El Paso,” says Reggie Harris, Realtor with El Paso’s Top Spot Realty Group. “This half of the city has completely grown out. A lot of people are relocating here because of the Fort Bliss military base.” Three Hills is no exception, with homes in the community built between the 1980s up to the present day. The subdivision offers a variety of housing options from cozy starter homes to spacious family residences.
