About Elsmere, DE

Wilmington commuters welcome

From farmland to the first suburb of Northern Delaware, Elsmere was developed at the turn of the 20th century to attract Wilmington commuters. “There’s lots of activity in the market there. I’ve had things sell really quickly and gotten really good results,” says Marvine Jenkins, a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty who has 20 years of real estate experience.
