Modern subdivisions and mature trees surrounding the Colorado National Golf Club
The residential streets of Vista Ridge are intertwined with verdant fairways and greens of the Colorado National Golf Course. On the southern outskirts of Erie, Vista Ridge has 21st-century homes, luxury architecture and a homeowners association. Neighborhood homes are within roughly a mile walk of the nearest community park, with the shops and restaurants of East Baseline Road just south of the area’s residential streets. “Vista Ridge is unique compared to other nearby communities because it has old-growth trees that give it an established feel,” says Brie Fowler, a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. “It allows for privacy between neighbors and for lush landscaping in backyards.” Many homes feature picturesque views of the Rocky Mountains Front Range, with both Boulder and Denver within a 25-mile drive.
