Access to both Everett and Boston amenities

Downtown Everett is located 5 miles from the heart of Boston, where residents have access to urban amenities and recreation. Multi-unit and multifamily homes are common here, and people can live right above the downtown shops and restaurants. Everett is located next to major highways like Interstate 93 and U.S. Route 1 making it a popular spot for commuters. “You have the Encore casino, which is a big attraction, as well as a pretty nice high school and a hospital all in the center of Everett,” says Maria DiPierro, the founder of Atlantic Realty Services who has served the area for over 15 years.

Cultural dining options and nearby shopping

Residents can choose from a number of restaurants located along Broadway. Oliveira's Steak Bar & Grill has Brazilian dishes and cocktails. The restaurant also hosts live music each week. La Perle Restaurant & Lounge has served authentic Haitian cuisine for over 12 years. Events such as bingo and singles night make it a popular weekend spot. Gateway Center, about 2 miles away, is home to popular retailers including Old Navy, Costco and Target.

Multi-unit and multifamily Everett housing

Being in the heart of the city, Downtown Everett housing works to create as many options for residents as it can. Dipierro says that this results in a lot of multifamily condos and apartments in the core of the community built in the mid to late 1900s. The other part of the community is made up of with duplexes and single-family homes from the early 1900s that have been renovated to house two or more families on the outskirts of downtown. Prices for condos can range between $300,000 and $500,000, and multi unit homes range between $600,000 and $1 million.
