Access to both Everett and Boston amenities
Downtown Everett is located 5 miles from the heart of Boston, where residents have access to urban amenities and recreation. Multi-unit and multifamily homes are common here, and people can live right above the downtown shops and restaurants. Everett is located next to major highways like Interstate 93 and U.S. Route 1 making it a popular spot for commuters. “You have the Encore casino, which is a big attraction, as well as a pretty nice high school and a hospital all in the center of Everett,” says Maria DiPierro, the founder of Atlantic Realty Services who has served the area for over 15 years.
Cultural dining options and nearby shopping
Residents can choose from a number of restaurants located along Broadway. Oliveira's Steak Bar & Grill has Brazilian dishes and cocktails. The restaurant also hosts live music each week. La Perle Restaurant & Lounge has served authentic Haitian cuisine for over 12 years. Events such as bingo and singles night make it a popular weekend spot.
