Fort Bragg features breathtaking 4th of July displays

Events are common in Fayetteville, and Brookwood makes sure its residents are always within a stone’s throw of the fun. The Dogwood Festival is a three-day event offering food trucks, live music, and local goods on offer. Fayetteville State University and Fayetteville Technical Community College are both nearby, allowing students in Brookwood to easily commute to and from class. Just over 10 miles from Fort Bragg as well, the military makes up a huge chunk of the workforce—and Brookwood makes commuting there simple, too. Interstate 295 is easily accessible from the neighborhood. FAST, or the Fayetteville Area System of Transit, has bus stops throughout the town as well. Fayetteville Regional Airport is located just under 9 miles away from the neighborhood.
