Subdivisions with a wide range of homes
Sidewalks line the wide streets that wind through Shadow Ridge’s many subdivisions. Like the rest of Flower Mound, oak trees and other native species fill the communities. This is partially because of the town’s Urban Forestry Program, which hopes to protect native and healthy trees. Most of the neighborhood was built after the 1990s, reflected in the modern traditional homes that fill the area. Prices vary across Shadow Ridge. In Towne View Estates and Flower Mound Farms, a four- or five-bedroom house can cost $800,000 to $1.2 million, while properties in Creekside at Heritage Park can range from $650,000 to $850,000. Home prices for the rest of the community fall between $425,000 and $675,000. Some townhouses in the south were built in the late 2010 and 2020s. A two-bedroom can cost $425,000 to $450,000, while a three-bedroom can range from $450,000 to $525,000.
