Quiet neighborhood amidst a growing community
In West End, residents live along winding avenues and quiet cul-de-sacs with views of the towering San Bernardino and San Antonio Mountains. Cherry Avenue separates the predominately residential area from the industrial section to the east, which includes a Target distribution center. West End is among “communities that are growing by leaps and bounds,” says Oscar Garcia, real estate broker serving the Inland Empire with over three decades in the industry. “These areas have already grown tremendously and experienced a lot of development. Now they are building work centers. People will get jobs here, unlike in the past. Over 15,000 new jobs have been approved for the High Desert area in the next fifteen to thirty years.” West End is poised to continue to be a tranquil suburban neighborhood as the Inland Empire reaches its full potential.

Single-family homes & tree-lined streets
The residential part of West End is symmetrical, with homes encircling two elementary schools; green spaces in the center of the neighborhood separating the two halves. Tall palm and sycamore trees skirt West End’s residential streets, with schools and parks just a sidewalk stroll or bike ride away. Developers built predominantly single-family houses, many styled with Mediterranean influences. Most of these homes have large patios and yards. There’s also a collection of ranch-style homes with large garages. Prices range from about $515,000 to $770,000.

A note on air quality and temperature
As the industrial sector grows in the Inland Empire, the air quality suffers. That and the severe heat of the area may affect some. However, a typical day in West End is sunny with clear skies.
