Metroplex neighborhood with access to major highways
Sitting between two major roadways and about 5 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, Eastland is an established residential community seeing lots of new growth. "You get a mix of the small-town friendly feel and the hustle and bustle of the nearby larger cities," says Sean Hassard, a real estate agent with Century 21 Judge Fite Company and Texas native who has over five years of experience. Much of the growth can be attributed to the neighborhood's location, next to highways 287 and 820, making commuting for work or exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex a breeze. "A lot of people will use them to get around, and I know some people who take 287 south to work in Midlothian," Hassard says. Eastland receives a 7 out of 10 on the CAP Index crime score, a few marks higher than the national average of 4.
