Spacious suburban living with convenient retail options south of Aurora and Denver
Located between Aurora and the Centennial town limits, Foxfield is a mostly residential area designed with locals’ comfort in mind. The small Denver-area town was established formally in the 1990s as a response to the area’s growing urbanization, with locals advocating for a balance between commercial growth and expanding residential options. The area’s design showcases this desire for balance: retail stores and restaurants on the north corner of town, and suburban streets with spacious home lots filling the rest of the town’s quadrant shape.

Large homes with Craftsman touches and acreage
Large custom homes in new traditional and Craftsman-influenced styles are a common sight in Foxfield. Buyers can find residences with large yards tucked in behind horseshoe driveways and short wood-rail fences. In contrast to the densely designed arrangement of the homes to the north in The Farm-Arapahoe, Foxfield’s homes follow a grid layout across the plains, with significant breathing room around them. Some homeowners in the area can catch a distant view of the Front Range mountains to the west. Most of the neighborhood's homes were built between the late 20th century and today, with many dating back to the early 1980s. Residents can find homes with about 2 acres of property in the Foxfield area for about $1 million, making it an ideal choice for those seeking ample space without sacrificing convenience.
