About 8 miles north of Birmingham, a former mining town is now a small city with suburban streets emphasizing community spaces. “Fultondale is the closest suburb to downtown, with affordable prices,” says Dana Belcher, Realtor with Re/Max on Main, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and is local to the area. “It has all major retailers and restaurants, but Fultondale also has a lot of amenities that encourage outdoor recreation, like Black Creek Park.” Its history is reflected in both the city seal and the railroad track-turned-nature trail that runs roughly along Black Creek. Deemed as the friendly city, locals enjoy open green spaces, easy access to Interstate 65, and essential amenities within reach.

The Rails to Trails loop also passes by Fultondale Bark Park, where furry friends can run around off-leash. Hi, I'm Scott Ridgeway, the Qualifying Broker for Ridgeway Realty, specializing in making the dream of dream home ownership come true. I am the listener of my clients, finding a way to accomplish their goals. Whether you are a first time home buyer or selling your house to get into a new home, I am highly motivated to get the deal done with the goal of having an extremely satisfied buying or selling home process. I never want to sell my clients a house, rather I want to show them houses that sell themselves. With over 20 years of sales experience I understand that it is WAY more important to be a better listener than talker. I am a full time real estate professional always gaining experience to share with my clients to lead them through the sales process of houses. Even with the rate hikes of the past couple of years we tripled sales revenue and are expecting to outpace last year's sale by a longshot. These results do not happen because of luck but because of hard work and dedication to our customers and Real Estate.
