Investment opportunities in West Greeley
Less than a mile east of the University of Northern Colorado, Alta Vista serves as a residence for college students and long-term Greeley residents alike. “There are a lot of investment opportunities in the area,” says Brian Franzen, a local real estate agent with eXp Realty. “It’s a popular area for UNC students, so some homes get flipped and turned into rental properties. It’s also a more affordable community compared to the suburbs in West Greeley.”
