Century-old homes and a vibrant community

Between downtown Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado, Cranford is about a mile from popular parks and shopping hubs in the area. “We have a really vibrant community here,” says Press Montoya, a local Realtor with C3 Real Estate Solutions who has been living in Cranford for decades. “The way our community is laid out with large front porches and homes facing each other, neighbors get to know one another well. A lot of us have lived here for a long time and don’t want to sell. It’s hard to find similar craftsmanship and brickwork to the hundred-year-old homes we have here in other Greeley neighborhoods.” Additionally, the neighborhood was platted in the 1880s and is home to 16 historically designated homes, with many dating back over a century.
