A competitive market with established homes in west Greeley
With parks in nearly every direction and residential streets surrounding the verdant Highland Hills Golf Course, recreation is central to life in Highland. This west Greeley neighborhood is close to U.S. Route 34, providing easy access to nearby towns like Fort Collins and Loveland, with the Centerplace of Greeley shopping center around a mile away. “Highland has stood the test of time,” says Judy Mylander, a local real estate agent with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance. “There’s a real pride of ownership here, even with the older homes in the neighborhood. Even when there is a downturn in the market, the houses maintain their value. It’s a really desirable area, but there’s not a lot of turnovers because owners tend to stay for a long time, so there’s a competitive market.”
