Chesapeake Bay charm with plenty of urban access

Bordered by the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, the Newtown/Crown Point neighborhood is known for its desirable location that offers residents proximity to both downtown Hampton and bayside fun. “It’s a super residential area, so there’s definitely peace and quiet,” says Kelly DeLucia, Realtor with KW Allegiance and longtime resident of the area. “But it’s so close to everything the area has to offer at the same time.” The community has access to several marinas within the neighborhood, and the tranquil waterside vibes create an inviting atmosphere that’s as urban as it is cozy. “The neighborhood really exudes an urban feel with its location,” says Jamie Shannon, Realtor with EXP Realty. “But just as many people move to the area for its waterside views.”
