A gated golf course community near Havre de Grace
Bulle Rock refers to the gated community that surrounds Bulle Rock Golf Course, a longtime major attraction to the area. These densely populated streets of single-family homes, condos and townhouses create a large, quiet residential area where neighbors are close. Views of the hills and access to nearby Havre De Grace give the area a small-town feeling, even though it is not far from major cities. “It’s a sleepy town. It’s good for having lunch with friends or a date night, and a lot of retirees live there,” says Matthew Rhine, a Realtor with Matt Thine Group and Keller Williams who has recently been featured on the cover of Baltimore Real Producers Magazine. “It’s also a place where you can launch your boats. They always host a 4th of July fireworks show over the water, so it's very nautical.”
Bulle Rock Golf Course has 18 challenging holes for golf lovers.
Bulle Rock residents have easy access to downtown Havre De Grace shops and restaurants.

Condos, townhouses and 2010s single family homes
Apartment-style condos in large, new buildings include two-bedroom units with small balconies and modern appliances. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and open floorplans can make these smaller units feel spacious. They often cost between $350,000 and $450,000.
Common in Bulle Rock are a series of townhouses and villas in modern traditional styles with brick and vinyl siding, large windows and two-car garages on the ground floor. Most townhouses are attached units, while the villas tend to be detached with small yards and close neighbors. Those who prefer something cozier and more manageable than a single-family home can find units with three to four bedrooms at prices between $275,000 and $550,000. Detached villas can be priced as high as $600,000.
Most single-family homes were built after 2010, showcasing the modern traditional styles that were popular at the time. Arched ceilings, hardwood floors, bay windows and decorated brick exteriors are common here, though some homes built within the last 5 years may have more modern features, including black and white accents, can lights and wooden beams crisscrossing into high ceilings. These single-family homes can range in price from $500,000 to $900,000, and many have four to five bedrooms, plenty of storage space in large garages or basements, as well as spacious yards and patios.
Condo options are available for buyers looking for smaller home size in Bulle Rock.
