Convenient multi-family housing community in Hercules

Village Park is a densely built townhouse and condominium community in the East Bay city of Hercules. “It feels like its own community with multiple different neighborhoods so close to one another,” says Alexander Ewing, a local area Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bartels Realtors. “You are never too far from meeting someone new.” Clean, well-landscaped streetscapes, nearby parks and the mild East Bay climate are just a few of the perks of living here. Plus, the neighborhood’s prime location is another big draw. It borders major highways and prominent local roads that provide easy access to some of the best parts of the city and neighboring areas. “Village Park is nestled perfectly between Hercules’ and Pinole’s downtowns, so you are never too far away from entertainment, shopping and hiking trails,” Ewing says.

Walkable streetscapes with a mix of townhouses and condos

The neighborhood predominantly consists of townhouses and townhouse-style condos. “It offers multiple types of 2 bed-suite condos that have brilliant floor plans, and also contemporary townhomes with vaulted ceilings," Ewing adds. The community's streetscapes are well-landscaped with nicely paved sidewalks that flow throughout each neighborhood subdivision. These paths provide a safe space for walking, jogging or getting to the central community pool. The housing here typically features two-car garages, and the most common architectural styles are contemporary and traditional. Townhouse prices range from $500,000 to $780,000, while condo prices range from $350,000 for a smaller one-bedroom option to $750,000 for a three-bedroom unit.

The site also connects to multiple tennis courts. The San Pablo Bay shoreline is a few miles west, with places like Bayfront Park, highlighted by walking and biking trails that look out at the water. Fernandez Ranch is about 5 miles west for more expansive hiking and mountain biking trails along a mixed terrain of oak-studded slopes and wetlands.
