The community is only six miles from Downtown Jacksonville and offers large lots at a lower price than neighboring communities like Cisco Gardens and Picketville. “Magnolia Gardens has attracted a lot of homebuyers,” says real estate broker Sam Harrison of Power to Point Realty. “But we anticipate a shift due to price increases.” In addition to the low cost of living here, residents can take advantage of the Niche rated #4 best school district in Jacksonville, Duval County, which was ranked an overall B.
