Privacy is key element in Admiral`s Cove neighborhood.
Admiral's Cove is the pinnacle of luxury living in Jupiter
While Jupiter itself may be known for resort-style destinations, there is one community built with the entire South Florida experience in mind – Admiral’s Cove. “When I went through the process of, ‘Where do I want to live?’ there was one clear answer,” says Rob Thomson, managing partner of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities and 20-year resident of Admiral’s Cove. “All communities have some amenities. Admiral’s Cove has all the amenities. Some communities have a golf course. We have 45 holes of golf. Some communities have a clubhouse. We have two clubhouses. Some communities have a spa. We have a world-class spa. Some communities have private docks. We have 504 private docks. Everything is next level.”
Boating is a popular activity, with Admiral’s Cove offering private docks and marina access.
Community has its own marina, three golf courses
The community was built beginning in the mid-1980s among man-made canals that now connect to the Intracoastal Waterway. So, the neighborhood is filled with boats of all shapes and sizes in a setting befitting its nautical name. The waterfront lifestyle is so ingrained that Admiral’s Cove features its own marina. It’s particularly useful for yacht owners whose boats are too big for backyard docks. All residents have direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The city’s nearby oceanfront offers additional waterfront recreation at popular spots such as Jupiter Beach, Juno Beach and Carlin Park. Golfers can enjoy two 18-hole courses and one 9-hole course. Tennis, pickleball and gathering at the pool also are popular in this active community. The newest amenity is the spa and wellness center, which was completed in 2020. It includes a salon, barber shop, fitness center and rehabilitation facilities. “It’s not just a place to get a facial,” Thompson says.
Beautiful green surrounding and the nearby ocean will take your mind away from the daily issues.
"The best-selling gated, resort-style community in Palm Beach County"
Housing here is mostly single-family. There are about 300 of them on the waterfront, while more than 160 are considered golf course homes. From classic Spanish Mediterranean influences to sleek modern designs, homes offer a variety of styles. Mid-sized to large homes range in price from $1.5 million to almost $6 million. Larger homes start at more than $8 million and can sell for as much as $17 million. New construction ranges from $17.5 million to $25 million. Condominiums offer a more affordable option, with prices that run from $1.65 million to $4 million-plus. “It’s the best-selling gated, resort-style community in Palm Beach County,” Thomson says. “The homes appreciate the most and sell the fastest.” While the community was built out long ago, Thomson says it has evolved with the times. “Most communities, they are built, and years later they still look the same,” he says. “Admiral’s Cove has kept rejuvenating and getting better and better. It doesn’t look like you stepped back in time.” The unique setting allows residents to visit neighbors by boat. Although, golf carts are the preferred mode of transportation for traveling around the community. Single-home monthly HOA fees range from around $1,000 to a little more than $1,200. Multi-family HOA fees are in the $2,100-$2,300 range. The community is far enough inland that flooding is not a major concern. Wind damage can, be, however, especially during hurricane season, and insurance rates are likely to reflect that.
Residents of Admiral’s Cove enjoy access to beautiful parks and green spaces.
27 West, Marina Cafe among community didning options
There are four high-end dining options inside the neighborhood, including 27 West, an upscale Italian-style steakhouse, and Latitude, a seafood restaurant with an “ocean to table” approach. Residents interested in a contemporary gathering place with pop-up dinners, wine tastings and jazz performances can head over to NEXT. And Marina Cafe offers upscale food in a relaxed waterfront setting. Dining destinations outside the community include Dive Bar, a casual dockside restaurant accessible by boat, and The Jupiter Grill, which offers upscale fare along the waterfront. Sprouts Farmers Market is just a short drive from the neighborhood. Publix and The Fresh Market are conveniently located along the Indiantown Road corridor about 2 miles north of the community.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students.
