“The styles are very unique to the original owner,” Kristi Burke says.
Burke, a realtor with the Burke Team, has been selling homes in the area since 2016.
The neighborhood includes amenities like a community swimming pool and walking trails.
“The neighborhood has several builders and tons of floor plans. There’s a lot of new construction going on, and the further north you go, the more land there is,” she says.
Fountain Hills homes have at least four bedrooms. Prices range from $500,000 for a 4-bedroom home with a 3-car garage to over a million dollars for a 4,000-square-foot four-bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms.

Commuting is a breeze as U.S. Route 169 marks the neighborhood’s eastern border for easy travels north and south. Meanwhile, U.S. Route 152 cuts right through the middle of the neighborhood for east and west travel.
Cyclists can travel bike lanes on N.W. Tiffany Springs Road, NE 96th Street, North Oak Trafficway and N. Platte Purchase Drive, which turns into U.S. Route 152. It's easy to get around the area but in times of heavy rain, some parts of the neighborhood's northeast and southwest sections could be prone to flooding.
