Proximity to U.S. Routes 152 and 169 makes for easy travel around metro

Commuting is a breeze as U.S. Route 169 marks the neighborhood’s eastern border for easy travels north and south. Meanwhile, U.S. Route 152 cuts right through the middle of the neighborhood for east and west travel. Cyclists can travel bike lanes on N.W. Tiffany Springs Road, NE 96th Street, North Oak Trafficway and N. Platte Purchase Drive, which turns into U.S. Route 152. It's easy to get around the area but in times of heavy rain, some parts of the neighborhood's northeast and southwest sections could be prone to flooding.
