Spread out farmhouse and ranch style homes
Little Blue Valley has a mix of newer subdivisions and homes that are acres away from one another. “A lot of these homes are custom builds, but they are by no means cookie-cutter,” Keller Williams Realtor Pam Bardy says. Modern farmhouses and ranch-style homes – and actual ranches – span arable land. Long, paved driveways, hidden between densely forested land, lead to Greek Revival designs or houses with wrap-around front porches, many built on larger plots of land. Prices typically range from $160,000 for a smaller ranch to $520,000 for custom new construction, though outliers may fetch over $1 million.
According to the CAP Index, Little Blue Valley has a crime score of 3 out of a possible 10, which is lower than the US national average.
