Split-levels to new build Craftsmans with some entry-level pricing

Prairie Point-Wildberry has a diverse selection of homes. The predominant style is split-level homes from the 1990s to 2010s, but there is a collection of newly build Craftsmans that have started to be developed in the community. Houses are separated from wide neighborhood streets by their front yards, accented by trees and shrubbery, driveways and well-maintained sidewalks. Prices range from around $300,000 to $700,000, giving access to various buyers. “You could easily find a starter home here,” Wong says. “Homes in the $300,000s can be found above Missouri Route 152, so that’s a great place to look for a starter home, and then below 152, you can find move-up homes in the $500,000s and up, including some new builds.”
