Royal Oaks North is suburban living close to parks and shopping
Undulating valleys form a natural backdrop to the rustic ranches and classic colonial and Tudor homes of Royal Oaks North. "It's a quiet area of Platte County, and that whole area is sprawling rural suburbs," says Sean Van Horn, a Realtor with Exp Realty and host of the YouTube Channel, Living in Kansas City. Forested, hilly and curved roads with sidewalks lead to split-levels with attached two-car garages and medium-sized yards. Many residences were built in the 1960s through the '80s and are receiving renovations. Prices can range from $165,000 for a townhouse starting at 1,300 square feet to $325,000 for a single-family home with nearly 2,500 square feet.
