Lots of green space in a small area

Kingsley is a small city in Louisville, and like many other self-governing home class cities in the area, has its own mayor and city commissioners. The city has only 176 homes, two apartments and three businesses: a gas station, animal hospital, and dog grooming store. “It’s a very walkable area,” says Louise Venettozzi, broker and co-owner of Great Space Louisville, who has been in the real estate industry for over 27 years, referring to the sidewalk-lined streets. Kingsley, a designated Tree City USA since 2003, is one of many communities across the United States that actively work to plant trees that provide shade and help the planet by reducing the amount of carbon dioxide in the air. Many residents benefit from these large trees, since they provide privacy from the small roads. The green spaces across the seven streets of this community also provide the opportunity for residents to commune with nature.
