The Lakehills Community Center has events daily for residents of all ages. Lakehills is home to the We Care Wildlife Sanctuary, which rescues, rehabilitates, and provides a safe and permanent home for exotic and domestic animals such as lemurs, monkeys, and horses. The sanctuary offers tours to come and interact with the animals.

"The pricing is affordable for the most part out there because it is slightly farther out. You do have some custom home neighborhoods down in that area. H-E-B, Walmart, and Target are not available for food shopping in Lakehills, options are limited to the local dollar store, the Hill Country Grocery. Some residents shop for delivery from Amazon or Kroger for things that are hard to find in store.

its texas so its pet friendly heck its even horse friendly and everyone greets each other. The only time people get a little cranky is when you might spill there beer chuckles but all in all in most place you could leave your car running and nothing will happen to it. Also barbq's are away to connect to anyone from texas lol.
