Saratoga Beach is a residential neighborhood located on south Whidbey Island in Washington state. Situated along the eastern shore of the island, it offers views of the Saratoga Passage and the Cascade Mountains. The community is characterized by its wooded setting, waterfront properties, and quiet atmosphere. “It’s definitely the sort of place people move to for the views and the quiet,” says local broker Dan Fouts of Windermere Real Estate, who has lived in the area for over 16 years. “But you’re also right between Langley and Freeland, so you’re still fairly close to shopping and restaurants.”
