Gated community with Organ Mountain views
Located on the northeastern edge of Las Cruces in the popular Sonoma Ranch area, The Pueblos at Alameda Ranch is a gated community with open spaces and views of the Organ Mountains. “It’s very family-oriented, and there are a lot of retirees too,” says Peggy Stevenson, a Realtor and associate broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Steinborn and Associates who’s sold in the area for 11 years. “There’s a community pool that’s popular with families.” Residents can also get outside at the nearby Sonoma Ranch Golf Club, and new shopping and dining options to the north make running errands easy. Downtown Las Cruces is a 6-mile drive. Nearby houses of worship include FBC Las Cruces and Calvary Chapel Three Crosses. The neighborhood has two gated entrances, and its overall CAP Index Crime Score is 1 out of 10, lower than the national average of 4.
