A premier retirement community for those with an active lifestyle

Situated at the foothills of The Great Smoky Mountains and bordering the winding waters of the Little Tennessee River, Tellico Village is an active waterfront retirement community about 30 miles south of Knoxville. Established in 1987, the community features modern sports facilities and recreation centers, championship golf courses, marinas and a yacht club, over 50 recreational and hobby clubs like gardening and birding, as well as hundreds of classes provided by Tellico Village Learn. Community members enjoy a robust and vibrant lifestyle that brims with socials and events while forming bonds with fellow neighbors and residents. “Tellico Village is a melting pot; people from all over the country with different backgrounds come together to form a close-knit community,” says Cindy Miller, Realtor at RE/MAX Excels with 27 years of experience. Miller primarily services the Tellico Village area and her office is right in the community’s village center. “Residents make newcomers feel welcomed and it’s so easy to feel at home and part of the community.”
