Small town appeal with room for growth
Located near the midpoint between Liberty Hill and Georgetown, San Gabriel Oaks is a quiet community offering spacious homes and peace of mind. “There’s a small-town feel that draws people here, but there’s been a lot of growth recently that has brought in many of the amenities,” says Lyndsay Blasienz, a real estate professional with White Label Realty and resident of Liberty Hill. “I love the people here, everybody’s has been very kind and open, and there’s a lot of mom and pop shops that really give off that small town feel.”
Affordable, spacious homes
“It’s a great time to buy a home here,” Blasienz adds. “There’s a wide range of affordable homes in the 300s, but there are also luxury homes, so there’s something for everyone.” The community blends long, rural county roads with residential areas throughout the many subdivisions that make up the area.
