Award-winning community near the heart of Liberty Hill
When a neighborhood is named Community of the Year and awarded for having the best amenities by several Austin publications, it starts to speak for itself. Santa Rita Ranch, a community in Liberty Hill that has received that notoriety and more, takes pride in its recognitions, and continues to expand. "In my opinion, it's one of the best master-planned communities in the Austin area," says Regina Cox, a Realtor with All City Real Estate with over 20 years of real estate experience. The master-planned has a laundry list of amenities, including parks, trails, and clubhouses that attract homebuyers, and it also has newly built homes and estates to add to the appeal.
The Santa Rita Ranch neighborhood is defined by sprawling suburbs.

Santa Rita Ranch is well-known for its abundance of amenities
Santa Rita Ranch offers various amenities and green spaces for its residents. "It's almost doubled in size in three years, and it's still expanding," Clemons says. "There's tons of family activities there." The Hub at The Green is where residents gather and connect. There's a clubhouse, resort-style pool with private cabanas, sand volleyball and barbeque barn for fun community activities and parties. The Wellness Barn is the community's fitness center with cardio machines, weight training stations and weekly fitness classes. The Ranch House is the neighborhood's amenity center with a lap pool, water slides and a kids' pool. The Green Play Park offers plenty of activities for residents of all ages. Kids can cool off in the splash zone, families can enjoy movies on the lawn, and local athletes can shoot hoops at the basketball courts.

Spacious estates, new builds and a variety of prices
Santa Rita Ranch has an abundance of single-family homes, ranging from properties built around the neighborhood's initial construction around the mid-2010s to new builds. The wide range of homes includes spacious estates that sit on over half an acre of land and contemporary builds that file along sidewalk-lined roads. "There's a big range there. That's why it's so popular because you do have the possibility to stay in the neighborhood and move up or vice versa," says Cassandra Clemons, a Realtor with Spyglass Realty who has 18 years of real estate experience. Home prices vary greatly due to the variety of home choices. For example, a three-bedroom home can range anywhere from $350,000 to $450,000. Four-bedroom homes with more square footage can range from $500,000 up to $900,000, and prices have stayed pretty consistent throughout the years. "The neighborhood has held its value over the years," Clemons says.
