East Little Rock, a quiet suburb

East Little Rock is a small community directly to the east of Downtown Little Rock. The neighborhood is home to the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport and the William J. Clinton Library and Museum. Little Rock’s single-family houses are primarily ranch styles and bungalows built in the 1960s. “East Little Rock residents use a lot of the downtown's amenities, but the less populated subdivisions allow people to be a little more spread out,” says Realtor Elise Thrasher, who sells houses in the neighborhood with iRealty Arkansas. “East Little Rock has a quiet, peaceful landscape.” Residents are a short drive from parks, schools and restaurants near and within the downtown. East Little Rock has a lot of industrial space and warehouses.
