Dry Creek Community Park is central to Upper Clover Basin, not least because of its location in the middle of the neighborhood. Blue Skies Park is popular with younger children and pays homage to the history of flight with sand-blasted images and a timeline of aeronautical pioneers and historic feats.
Craig Cowley, a real estate agent with WK Real Estate, also says that the area next to the neighborhood has not been developed and is perfect for those who want to make the trek to the mountains.
