Serene residential streets 3 miles from downtown
Eaton Heights, 3 miles from downtown Manchester, is a serene community with access to major roads and recreational areas. Here, residents can stroll along the suburban streets, past homes that were built in the early 1900s. Many houses are a short walk or drive from schools and family-owned businesses, and residents have access to parks and a country club. “The area is home to primarily older couples that want peace and quiet,” says Olga Tkachuk, a Realtor with Realty One Group Next Level who has lived in Manchester for 10 years. “It offers a private life separated from the craziness of downtown.”
