Students in this area can attend public schools in the Lake School District, which is rated C by Niche. Residents can find outdoor recreation at local Little League baseball fields and nearby parks.

Homes ranging from $100,000 to $210,000

Along Mayfield’s gridded residential streets, locals can find a mix of ranch-style, Foursquare and traditional homes that often feature front porches and white panel facades. Farmhouse-style architectural details, including symmetrical massing and gabled roofs, are also present in many homes. Although some residences have driveways and garages, street parking is widely available and commonly used by residents. Most homes range in price from about $100,000 to $210,000, but Traditional-style three-bedroom homes with brick facades can cost more than $300,000.
