Affordable living in a close-knit suburban community
Along the shores of the Mahoning River is the little suburban community of McDonald. Historically a company town for the Carnegie Steel Company, the community has since developed into a small but tight-knit community. “This community is pretty small, only about five miles wide, but very tight-knit and affordable,” says William Broxson from Century 21. Locals live in humble suburban homes minutes away from public spaces, frequently hosting community get-togethers and seasonal events.
