For grades 6 through 12, students can advance to Mechanicville Junior- Senior High School, which has a C from Niche. The high school's distance-learning program allows students to access courses from other schools in the same network.
The Halfmoon Town Park is in the heart of the community and offers residents a 1-mile trail for walking or biking with fitness stations along the way in addition to sports fields. The park is dog-friendly, with waste stations throughout the area. The park also holds an annual harvest festival for the neighborhood in the fall.
