Living in this area has way more advantages than disadvantages. This area is one of the biggest cities, the weather is great all year round and this makes the area very popular for the young & the old. To top it off it has so many attractions for vacations or otherwise. Each and everyday there is more businesses moving into this area so for the future I see positive things happening in the job industries.

I love west Perrine. I have lived here for 5 years and had no incidents. This neighborhood is nice to live in but it has it's problems like any other neighborhood. What I would like to change about West Perrine, is for the neighborhood to come together and sweep out the bad people and trouble makers.

There are some popular chains in this area though there aren't enough mom-and-pop shops to truly stand out in this community.
