Scott Lake is conveniently located near the Palmetto Expressway, which provides easy access to other parts of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The closest hospital to Scott Lake is Jackson North Medical Center, which is located about two miles away. To get to Jackson North by public transportation, you can take Metrobus route 36. The bus stop is located on NW 47th Street, just a short walk from Scott Lake. In addition to traditional subdivisions in the community, the secluded Scott Lake Manor features luxury homes and townhomes in a highly private area. Homes in Scott Lake Manor typically start in the $500,000s and can go up to $3 million.

Residents have plenty of options for entertainment and recreation, including the neighborhood’s centerpiece, Scott Lake. Scott Lake also has a variety of restaurants to choose from, including fast food, casual dining and fine dining. Crafty Crab is a favorite place to celebrate birthdays while chowing down on fresh seafood like crab legs, crawfish and lobster.
