Quiet suburb with lots of conveinence

Tucked 11 miles from downtown Everett, the Silver Firs neighborhood embodies the suburban lifestyle with modest homes that are more budget-friendly than other Seattle metro areas. “It’s a bedroom community, but it’s a nice location close by to nice amenities,” says Janet Spesock, real estate agent at Keller Williams North Sound. Its location comes with the perks of having ample recreation options and highly-rated schools. Since it's situated between Interstate 5 and Highway 9, traveling around the area is straightforward. City-like amenities are also easy to come by, as it has its own selection of restaurants and is 4 miles from the Mill Creek Town Center, a popular shopping hub.

Quirky eateries and 4 miles from Mill Creek Town Center

Silver Firs is home to a couple of restaurants. Calabria Ristorante Italiano is one of them, where authentic Italian food is matched with an extensive wine selection. Fatty Fish Sushi Restaurant provides a variety of sushi rolls and traditional Japanese dishes. The island vibes at Twisted Lime Pub come with an array of tropical-inspired entrees and craft cocktails. Stock up on the groceries at the Safeway.
