Condos and ranch-style homes
This triangular-shaped community is on Milwaukee’s Northwest Side. Its winding streets are home to more than 3,500 people. Single-level condominiums and two-story townhouses are predominant in the western half of the community. On the eastern side, ranch-style and split-level homes sit well back from the street on spacious front yards. Single-family homes here have private driveways, and most have attached garages. “This is a growing neighborhood and would be a great place to raise a family. The ranch homes here are huge,” says Lyon-Halcomb. There are no sidewalks, but bicycle riders and walkers share the quiet roads with motorists. Single family homes in the community usually sell between $150,000 and $320,000.
